Job Description:  GENERAL FUNCTION: Assist and direct in the orderly liquidation/exit of the largest and most complex credits. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Collection of past due accounts. * Formulate and execute exit strategies on the largest and most complex administrative loans. * Recommend/Negotiate best course of action on the largest and most complex administrative Loans. * Work closely/assist lending personnel on potential trouble credits. * Identification of potential loss on administrative credits. * Complete required documentation such as ALSR's on administrative credits. * Maintain adequate credit/collateral files. * Identify when legal counsel is required given transaction complexity. * Serve as coach and mentor to junior workout officers. * Assume the decision-making responsibility of the department manager in his or her absence. * Attend Admin Loan Meetings to present collection update and strategy when manager is not available. Job Description:

Completes field inspections and related responsibilities such as reading maps, aerial photos, measuring fields, storage bins and discussing findings of crop loss with farmers. Advises management on claims adjusting practices and effectiveness of company claims adjusting standards and procedures. Must maintain a strong understanding of RMA and company regulations and procedures. Will require independent judgment in handling complex investigations and high dollar claims reviews. Must be able to write comprehensive fact sheets outlining findings and validate those findings with procedures. May be asked to assist with training adjusters and meeting presentations. Will be completing reviews on other adjusters as well as various SRA reviews.

Summary:
 
The primary responsibility of the Fund Analyst Assistant is to generate fund analysis for Intermediary Sales clients and to provide analytical support to Intermediary Sales teams.  The Fund Analyst Assistant will work as a consultant with the Internal Sales Desk on fund solutions and ideas for driving sales in Financial Advisor, Broker Dealer, DC IO and National Accounts sales.
 
Major Responsibilities:
 

Coordinate and manage fund analysis reports by completing production of all analysis projects, including 401k reviews (current and proposed line-ups), mutual fund analysis, competitor reviews, etc. Manage work flow for daily requests and regular quarterly analysis. Log incoming analysis requests and track outstanding analysis and revise project activity as necessary.  Provide win/loss reports regarding analysis activity including assets acquired, where possible.  (70%)
Maintain current knowledge and application of existing software applications used to build fund analysis and accurately and efficiently apply portfolio templates developed.  (20%).
 Maintain current knowledge of American Century’s investment products, fund availability and appropriate share class usage with client requests.  (5%).
Participate in training and assist with special projects and task forces.  (5%).
